Selection Criteria :

  • Ability to learn quickly

Essentials :

  • Bachelors Degree in commerce/business administration/marketing or equivalent
  • Masters Degree in business administration/marketing given preference
  • Computer user skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Command over English (spoken & written), Gujarati and Hindi (spoken)

Required Qualifications :

  • B. E. Civil with at least 3 yrs. Experience

or

  • Diploma Civil with at least 5 yrs. of Experience

Selection Criteria :

  • Handling EPABX System, & Responding to incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Keeping a track of incoming and outgoing parcels/mail/couriers.
  • Maintaining stationary and attendance registers.
  • Welcome visitors and guests and direct them appropriately.
  • Taking care of mailing and receiving all correspondence.
  • Maintaining all office files & generate MIS report.
  • Looking into follow ups.
  • Scanning and Drafting Important Letters.
  • Responsible for Administration Activity.

  • Bachelors Degree in Any Stream/business administration
  • Computer user skills
