1. Asst. Manager (Sales & Mktg) :

Selection Criteria :

- Ability to learn quickly
- Well developed communication skills, Ability to work with a wide variety of people
- Experience in sales or marketing job
- Ability to take independent decisions based on criteria explained beforehand
- Demonstrated skill in critical thinking, relationship-building and diplomacy

Essentials :

- Bachelors Degree in commerce/business administration/marketing or equivalent
- Masters Degree in business administration/marketing given preference
- Computer user skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Command over English (spoken & written), Gujarati and Hindi (spoken)

2. Civil Engineers :

Required Qualifications :

- B. E. Civil with at least 3 yrs. Experience
or
- Diploma Civil with at least 5 yrs. of Experience
